The school has had an amazing after school program for the past 5 years thanks to a 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant and Extra-curricular tax credit funds. Due to the sequester the 21st Century funds are not currently available and the tax credit funds received by this small district, while greatly appreciated, are not sufficient to sustain the program. | |

For 27 years the school has had at least one artist in residence each year. This has had such a positive impact on students. Last year was the first year it could not happen due to budget constraints and lack of matching grants and donations. We are back on track this year but to continue, donations are needed. To donate, checks should be made out to the Morristown School Arts Gift Fund. | |

The financial support for these performances is derived primarily from individual and business patrons in the community during an annual fund drive. Contributions are also accepted at each concert performance. | |
