Who Are We?
The Tourism Bureau markets Pulaski County as a vacation destination in a variety of mediums; Internet, Radio, Billboards, Cable, Print, Trade show participation, and various local tourism programs focusing on Pulaski County attributes; outdoor recreation, Route 66, Trail of Tears and military history. Marketing targets leisure, motor coach, reunions, sporting events, media and business travelers. Outreach in marketing varies from state-wide, to feeder markets, to international exposure based on the focus of the campaign. The Visitors Center, a Missouri Affiliate Welcome Center, provides travelers with information on attractions state-wide, and is a key resource for local information for visitors planning their vacation or enhancing their stay while in the area.
Mission The Pulaski County Tourism Bureau & Visitors Center, Destination Marketing Organization for Pulaski County Missouri, is organized for the sole purpose of promotion of tourism and the comprehensive marketing of our destination, in order to fuel the local business climate and broaden the local tax base.
