Please contact: Ron Bannister 503-612-6303 ron.bannister@oregonheat.org Who Are We?
Oregon HEAT provides emergency energy assistance (heating and lighting) to at least 5,000 low-income Oregon families throughout Oregon. We are able to operate our program by raising and collecting funds year round including through inserts in utility bills, from individual donors, grants and corporate donations. Our energy assistance program operates from October 1 - May 31(during winter months) and helps the most vulnerable low-income Oregon families who are at risk of having their heat turned off for non-payment of utilities.
Our Mission
Oregon HEAT's mission is to develop and coordinate resources to help low-income Oregonians meet their energy needs and to achieve energy self-reliance through energy education and advocacy.
