Founded in 1955, the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast is an open admission shelter. We accept all animals regardless of health, age, temperament or breed. We are very serious about providing care for those who cannot speak for themselves and earning your trust. Charity Navigator, the largest independent evaluator of nonprofit financial management results, annually recognizes HSTC as one of the most fiscally responsible charities in the country. By sponsoring HSTC programs, attending events, or contributing through direct mail campaigns or online, you help provide quality care, food and shelter, adoption and spay/neuter programs, humane education and other important services.
