Treasure Coast Hospice is a full-service hospice and palliative care program serving the needs of Martin and St. Lucie counties. By way of explanation, hospice services are provided to people who are determined to be in the end stages of life, generally within their last six months. They include a wide range of services provided by a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and social workers, along with chaplains and trained volunteers, in the home, nursing home, other care facility, or in one of our three hospice houses.
