Samaritan Center for Young Boys & Families is a Christian, residential, early intervention program addressing behavioral and academic issues of boys making bad life choices. What sets us apart is our work with the families to address the root of the boys’ issues. Changing the dynamics of the family is the only way to ensure long term success... by keeping families together and boys out of the juvenile court system. Beyond those enrolled in our program, we provide counseling and parenting classes to families in the community as a preventive measure. Samaritan Center breaks the cycle of dysfunction. We are a small nonprofit organization accomplishing much on very little, including no government funding. Samaritan Center is in need of funding for its Scholarship Fund, volunteers, consults from plumbers, quick projects by electricians and other in-kind services, etc.
