Volunteers are an integral part of the success of Sun Valley Animal Shelter. We are always looking for reliable, conscientious, dependable individuals who are over the age of 18 years of age. Our requirements are a minimum of two visits a month with a 8 hour time frame. We would like a commitment on your part for a minimum of 6 months. Varied duties are available in the cat community building and the dog kennels. We do have some office duties or Special Event opportunities available on a regular basis. If you wish to pursue this volunteer aspect with the Sun Valley Animal Shelter, please contact us to sign up for the next Volunteer Orientation class that is held usually the 1st Saturday of every month at the shelter. Unfortunately we do not have Community Service hour accredidation due to court regulated needs. | |
