We are an after-school program that focuses on 3 main areas: individual academic support, nutritious meals, and engaging activities. Our program is available to any 6-8th grade student in the Silver Falls school district. Thanks to over 60 volunteers and staff we are able to provide a safe environment where the middle school students in the community can receive support from positive adult role-models. We operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00pm-6:00pm. | |

The Oregon Garden is overseen by The Oregon Garden Foundation Board of Directors, which is composed of volunteers, and is recognized as a 501 (c)(3) public charity. The Oregon Garden Foundation is dedicated to the promotion and growth of The Oregon Garden. As with any project of this scale, it has not always been easy, but thanks to the hard work of many dedicated volunteers, community members and others who have a strong vision for the Garden, it continues to grow, bloom and flourish. There are truly great opportunities for everyone whether they are garden aficionados or just want to relax in this beautiful setting. | |

Each year, SMART reaches thousands of Oregon children with vital one-on-one reading support, and books for those who need them most. We are always looking for people to read with our SMART students. Please go to our website (www.GetSMARToregon.org) to fill out an online application and to see a list of our schools. We always need readers at Eugene Field but have 240 schools to choose from around the state. Start making a different in a child's life today! Program will start up again in the fall :) | |
