Grand River Meals On Wheels provides low-cost and free healthy meals that are home-delivered to individuals in our western slope communities (from New Castle to Parachute). One hundred Meals on Wheels drivers take time out of their day, weekly, monthly or quarterly, to cover the four daily routes. The meals are prepared fresh in the Grand River Cafe© and delivered five days a week to the homes of those most in need. | |
