Senior Peer Program- The challenges faced by out local elder population are growing, and the number of elders living in our community continues to climb. This program focuses on matching trained peer volunteers with those requiring services. difficulties with isolation,c chronic health conditions, stress, loss of spouse and financial challenges are common among seniors. The services provided individual confidential support groups, one-on-one individualized support, educational presentations, and resource/referral for those seeking elder-specific information.
