Children's Harbor is a 501(c)(3) child welfare organization founded in 1996 in cooperation with the City of Pembroke Pines providing residential services in a family-style setting for foster children, and community based services for the prevention and intervention of abuse and neglect. Our Family Strengthening Program provides in-home therapy and case management to families assessed for abuse and neglect; Our Residential Program includes four Sibling Group Foster Homes and a Foster Teen Maternity Residence. The goal of the sibling home is to allow brothers and sisters to remain together; the Foster Maternity Home is the only home of this type in Broward County and provides a loving home to pregnant or parenting foster teens and their babies.

Children's Harbor provide therapeutic services to children and families in crisis, a safe and nurturing environment for children in foster care, and advocacy within the child welfare system.
