Be a mentor to a small group of girls and help them develop their self confidence, positive values, healthy relationships and ability to become community problem solvers. Go to our website: www.girlscoutsaz.org/volunteer and click on volunteer today. Share your skills and help girls develop their leadership potential through age-appropriate activities that enable them to develop their values, skills, and the world around them. Your initial investment in time will include training on-line and meetings every other month in Maricopa. Most troops meet twice monthly for about 2 hours each time. Volunteers must be high school graduates and be willing to join our organization, submit to a background check, and do some on-line training. | |
