Northeast Alabama Health Services, Inc. was established in 1978 as a not-for-profit and partially funded by the Bureau of Primary Care to provide primary care to the citizens of Jackson County and surrounding communities. Northeast Alabama Health Services, Inc. has 5 health centers in Jackson County and 2 health centers in DeKalb County. Northeast Alabama Health Services, Inc. offers a sliding fee scale based on family income and family size in order to make healthcare affordable for everyone. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Thanks to United Givers Fund, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Big C Drugs, Northeast Alabama Health Services, Inc. offers the Sharing the Care Program. This program is designed to give free Pfizer medications to the patients we serve that meet the financial guidelines set forth by Pfizer. It is a wonderful program that has helped many people get the medication they need. Without the generosity of all these wonderful organizations, this program could not exist.
