The Flat Rock Community Center is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation serving the people of Jackson and DeKalb counties in Alabama through the operation of an ecumenical food bank. We provide assistance without discrimination and adhere to core Christian values. Without the intention of making a profit, we accept donations of food items, clothing and household items for resale in our thrift store, and monetary donations for operating expenses and food purchases from churches, individuals, businesses and organizations.

The mission of the Flat Rock Community Center, Inc. is to provide assistance to our neighbors in need through education, advocacy, and the acquisition, storage, and distribution of food.
