Adults volunteers age 55+ (Senior Companions) provide much needed services to our home bound, frail elders ages 60+ who no longer drive. Senior Companion volunteers provide transportation to medical/dental related appointments, grocery shopping, errands and other activities of daily living. This provides the assistance our frail elders need to remain independent in their own homes which is the least restrictive and least expensive setting vs. assisted living or nursing home.
