Education AMPLIFY (Advancing More Professional Learning in Fayette Yearly) is a new initiative of the Fayette County Education Foundation.
It has been years since our teachers have had the opportunity to participate in grade-level professional learning days. These days allow teachers across the county in the same grade and/or subject-level to come together to collaborate and brainstorm best teaching practices and techniques, thus strengthening the delivery of curriculum.
The Foundation's goal for 2013-2014 is to provide as many grade-level and/or subject-level professional learning days as possible. It takes approximately $4,000 to $7,000 to fund a day.
We are seeking donations from the community to help with this initiative so that our teachers will have the tools they need to enhance learning opportunities for all students.
