Who Are We?
Community Action Resource (CAR) is a 501c3. It represents McIntosh Trail Community Service Board (CSB). In Fayette County we have two facilities Fayette County Counseling Center which offers mental health and substance abuse services and Fayette Community Options which offers developmental disability services. The McIntosh Trail Community Service Board is a public entity created by the Georgia legislature in 1993 to provide mental health, developmental disability and addictive disease services. Services are available to residents of Butts, Fayette, Henry, Lamar, Pike, Spalding and Upson counties. McIntosh Trail is CARF accredited.
The mission of McIntosh Trail Community Service Board is to offer individuals experiencing symptoms associated with mental illness, addictive disease and/or developmental disability the hope for optimal functioning by providing quality behavioral health services and supports.

Fayette Community Options (FCO) provides transportation service which can be costly. We humbly ask the community to donate funds to FCO to help offset the transportation cost of picking individual up from the groups/host homes and going on outings to aid in the fulfillment of the individuals' goals.Fund Donation - FCCC
Fayette County Counseling Center provides mental health and substance abuse services. We humbly seek funds from willing individuals and organizations to aid us in providing services to supplement the cost of doing business as a non-profit.
