The Leader in Me is a whole-school transformation model that acts like the operating system of a computer — it improves performance of all other programs. Based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, The LeaderinMe produces transformational results such as higher academic achievement, fewer discipline problems, and increased engagement among teachers and parents. Better yet, The Leader in Me equips students with the self-confidence and skills they need for the 21st Century. The Spring Hill LeaderinMe journey began back in 2009, when our parents and staff concluded that we wanted to put more focus on teaching to the "whole child." Our adoption of the LeaderinMe has been a labor of love with both parents and staff working side by side to bring this concept to our students. After almost two years of adopting the LeaderinMe we believe that we are creating responsible citizens and leaders who can thrive in the 21st Century.
