CCOA offers eleven programs that offer a "hands up" to qualifying individuals. Assistance programs are 1. Adopt-a-Senior: match a volunteer who provides a box of groceries once a month with an income qualified senior; 2. ECHO (Elderly Contact & Help Organization): provides daily telephone reassurance to seniors, disabled persons or isolated citizens; 3. Medicare Education: provides assistance with choosing Medicare health plans, prescription enrollment and Medicare savings programs; 4. Representative Payee: Rep Payee assists Social Security recipients with bill paying and budgeting; 5. Weatherization: offers a variety of cost effective and efficient energy conservation services which provides lasting benefits to low income families; 6. Transportation: available to those age 60+ and/or disabled to meet medical, nutritional, employment, educational, social and recreational needs; 7. Prescription Assistance: serves as a mediator between icome0qualified individuals, their physicians and pharmaceutical companies to access essential medications; 8. Homemaker: staff may assist with vacuuming, dusting, laundry, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, other light house keeping tasks, and essential errands; 9. Personal Care Services: services include housekeeping plus personal care needs such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, etc.; 10. Respite: care is available to caregivers providing 24 hour care; 11. Chore Service: provides minor home repairs and maintenance; 12. Nutrition: funding provider through the Area Agency on Aging, Region III, for congregate and home delivered meals for nine southwest Idaho counties.

Provide assistance to elderly, disabled and financially limited individuals, through a variety of human service programs, to promote self-sufficiency and to protect dignity, safety and independence.
