Boise Rescue Mission Ministries currently operates five facilities that serve low-income and homeless men, women and children:
1.Valley Women and Children's Shelter in Nampa provides emergency shelter and food to homeless women and children.
2.Lighthouse Rescue Mission, serving men in Nampa, provides emergency shelter, New Life Discipleship Recovery program, transitional housing, Life Transition work search and accountability programs and the Veterans Ministries Program.
3. River of Life,serving men in Boise, provides emergency shelter, New Life Discipleship Recovery Program, transitional housing program,Work Search and Accountability Program and Veterans Ministries Program.
4.City Light Home for Women and Children (Boise) offers emergency shelter, New Life Drug/Alcohol Recovery Program, apartments for single mothers in BRM's transitional housing program, work search programs and Veteran's Ministry.
5.Ministry Center (Boise) stores food, clothing and household items for BRM'ÂÂs programs to the poor/homeless as well as provides these items to church-operated food banks, thrift stores and other local outreach centers, who distribute the items free of charge.
Our Mission
Since 1958, Boise Rescue Mission Ministries has reached out to the community by teaching the Word of God and providing food, shelter, clothing and opportunities to recover from homelessness to men, women and children in need.
