The Aberdeen Area Arts Council raises public awareness about the value of the arts for a healthy, vibrant community and strong schools. In addition to hosting national and international performances, we also work with the local and area schools providing opportunities for students to experience the arts. We also provide an opportunity for artists to sell their hand crafted items at Arts in the Park and Winterfest.

The purpose of the Council is to enhance the quality of life through the Arts, by initiating, sponsoring and encouraging art opportunities and promoting the Arts through education in the Aberdeen area.
