The NESD Celtic Faire & Games, Inc. is a volunteer-based organization founded in 2007, and is held the 3rd weekend in Sept. The Festival features a unique blend of Celtic activities that provides an exciting venue for all individuals who have an interest in Celtic heritage, food, art, music, dance, history, sports and entertainment. A variety of entertainment includes Scottish & Irish dancers, bagpipers, traditional and modern Celtic music, children's activities, storytelling, demonstrations, baking contests,the Wee Lad/Wee Lass pageant, and the Scottish Highland Games. Celtic animals and a dog parade, with a pat & chat are great crowd pleasers at the Faire.

The Goal of the NESD Celtic Faire & Games is to provide a family-friendly, interactive event designed to teach, share and celebrate Celtic heritage through art, music, literature, crafts, food, history, games, dance and agriculture. All are welcome to attend no matter what their heritage!
