We are a non-profit organization and are funded by memberships, donations, fundraisers and adoptions.AAHS Shelter Here is where you can find the right friend for your family!!! Our kennels are filled with friendly loving dogs and cats just waiting for you to take them home!!! We are proud to be the only Humane Society in the area that has a "no euthanasia" policy unless they are vicious or terminally ill. The AAHS Shelter is located at 2511- 385th Ave. south and west of Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Brown County Pet Rescue League
We are animal lovers who provide temporary foster homes to homeless dogs and cats while we work to match them with perfect permanent homes where they can become a treasured member of their family. We strive to give owners resources for care and responsible pet ownership, as well as to provide an alternate service for homeless pets in our area. We serve the NESD area and are based out of Aberdeen, SD.
