The Reach is an engaging and dynamic gathering place committed to excellence, quality programming and introducing the public to the multi-disciplinary, inspiring and provocative world of arts and culture. The Reach is a public-facing cultural facility that promotes visual literacy and audience engagement in all of its programming, with consideration given to audiences at all levels of artistic understanding. We aim to proactively engage children and youth in the arts to build the audiences of tomorrow. We use arts and heritage as a catalyst to create together, exchange experiences, encourage discussion and nurture a healthy community.

The mission of The Reach Gallery Museum Abbotsford is to be the centre of cultural and creative innovation in the Fraser Valley. We are committed to preserving and sharing the stories of our rich and diverse cultural heritage and showcasing the best in the visual arts from both inside and outside our community. The Reach is a gathering place and fosters intercultural and intergenerational exchanges in an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
