We desire to have working smoke detectors in every home in Celina. We are willing to install them for free and even come to a home and replace the batteries if necessary. All of this is at no charge to the taxpayer or homeowner. We just don't have the smoke detectors and/or 9v batteries. If you can donate any portion of the 150 units/batteries we would be grateful.
